FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you work outside Colombia?

Yes. AGELVIS EU has executed or supported projects in Mexico, Ecuador, Panama, Bulgaria and Ukraine. Each international project is assessed by location, requirements and resources, and crews travel from Colombia with local partners at destination.

Can you move a complete production line to another country?

Yes. We can scope a turnkey job: dismantling and tagging at origin, export packing, container loading, coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers, receiving at destination, reinstallation and start-up support.

Can we hire only part of the project?

Yes. We quote specific tasks (for example, only unpacking or a single rigging operation) or full turnkey packages.

Do you include transport and cranes?

They can be coordinated within the scope, using our own tools or specialized suppliers depending on each lift.

Which languages do you work in?

Spanish and English. We work from the manufacturer’s manuals and drawings and coordinate with international service teams.

How is a quotation prepared?

From the technical information on the equipment and, when needed, a site inspection to define scope, risks, resources and schedule.
